The website is operated by Tatva Fragrances, Sector 143, Noida ("Tatva", "we", "us" or "our"). By browsing the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or use the website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. By placing an order you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
2. Your Account
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Please tell us immediately at tatvafragrance@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised use.
3. Products
- We make every effort to display our products, packaging and colours accurately. Actual colours and packaging may vary slightly from images shown on screen.
- Fragrance perception differs from person to person, and longevity and projection depend on skin type, weather and application. Descriptions of fragrance notes and performance are indicative, not guarantees.
- Our perfumes are for external use only. Please read the ingredient list on the packaging and do a patch test if you have sensitive skin or known allergies. Keep away from eyes, open flames and children.
4. Prices and Offers
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Launch offers, discounts and promotional prices are valid for a limited period or while stocks last, cannot be combined unless stated, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time without affecting orders already confirmed.
- If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of a technical or typographical error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid in full.
5. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted only when we dispatch it. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, the payment cannot be verified, or we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund the full amount to the original payment method.
6. Payment
Payments are processed securely by third-party payment gateways. We do not store your full card details. Your use of a payment method is also subject to the terms of the payment provider and your bank.
7. Shipping and Delivery
- Shipping is free on orders over ₹499. A shipping fee, if any, is shown at checkout before you pay.
- Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery timelines shown are estimates and may vary by location, courier and circumstances beyond our control.
- Please check your package when it arrives. If it is damaged or tampered with, refuse delivery or contact us within 48 hours with photographs.
8. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
- You can cancel an order free of charge before it is dispatched.
- For hygiene reasons, perfumes can be returned within 7 days of delivery only if they are unopened, unused and in their original sealed packaging.
- If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it or refund you in full.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of the returned product reaching us. Your bank may take additional time to credit it.
9. Intellectual Property
The Tatva name and logo, product names, label designs, photographs, text and all other content on this website belong to Tatva Fragrances or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use them for any commercial purpose without our written permission.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the website, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, posting unlawful or misleading content in reviews, or buying products for unauthorised resale.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable law.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your rights as a consumer, the courts at Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India will have jurisdiction over any dispute.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page, with its "Last updated" date, applies to your use of the website and to orders placed after that date.
